BRAKE DISC & DRUM LATHE - BL1-H

The latest model BL1-H combination brake lathe uses two inverters combined with an electric motor to control the speed of cross-feed and spindle speed, which will provide the machinist with more convenience on quick rough and precision finish cuts, therefore, increase in productivity.

With a rugged built, BL1-H Brake Lathe is the machine that will assure the process of resurfacing of brake disc and brake drum to be easier, faster and more accurate. The Brake Lathe BL1-H is designed with minimal speed transmission to make it easier to service and reduce the cost to repair over its life span. But the most advantage from this is vibrations from gears and mechanical drive parts are eliminated which ensures a smooth surface finish with each pass.

The Brake Lathe BL1-H is designed with the body attached to the precision ground stand to be durable enough to withstand high usage in any busy shop environment. All the main parts in the BL1-H are manufactured using a high precision CNC machine and the material that is used to build the body and ground stand is made from high quality, heavy-duty and hardened cast iron and with a massive high-quality steel spindle make the BL1-H one of the machines that any mechanic can rely on.
